Mt Buller for high intermediates?

Hello. Hopefully there are some people still here amongst all the
spam...?

Thinking about heading up to Mt. Buller again in a few weeks. I'm a
skiier. Would anyone care to recommend some 'easier' black runs for an
intermediate to have a go at? So far I've attempted Men's Downhill
(came off once and skidded 40m down the run), that Howqua black run at
the end of Summit, and Chalet Creek/Cow Camp. I've had a little
trouble with these runs, but you can't improve unless you kick your
own arse into going down runs you normally wouldn't. Right?

Also, what are everyone's favourite runs at Buller? I love the Telecom
run off the side of Burnt Hut (great fun to go through the narrow
parts at high speeds), Summit area, Little Buller Spur and Tirol. Good
mountain.

Kick off hard to the left from the summit before cruising down Summit Slide
towards the Grimus chair or the Boggy Creek T bar. This is a morning run. It
gets soogy later in the day.
That gives you a taste of the steep stuff before getting a little more
cruizy.
On the other side from the summit, and later in the day try Fast One. It's
icy early.
Sun Valley and Wood run are good learning runs. If you get tired there are
easy outs.

But. If you are prepared to wait for just the right day; not too early, not
too late; and with a companion (and maybe some rental rock-hoppers!), you
can't go past Fannys Finish, especially the far chutes.
You don't have to go down fast to enjoy the descent.
But be prepared to walk back if you don't fancy it.
